Photo Upload Rules

1. Why these rules exist

Photos on LOOQ score help visitors judge toilet facilities before they go. Because toilets are private spaces, every photo must follow these rules. You must confirm you have read and agree to them each time you publish a photo (rules version 2026-10-30.2). Agreeing to these rules is not consent under data-protection law — it is a condition of publishing a photo.

2. What your photo must show

• Empty facilities only — the room, fixtures and fittings, with no people in view.
• An accurate, honest picture of the venue you are reviewing.
• A photo you took yourself, lawfully, at that venue.

3. What is strictly prohibited

You must never upload a photo that shows or contains:

• Identifiable people, including children — even in the background.
• People appearing in mirrors or other reflections.
• Occupied cubicles, or anyone using toilets or changing facilities.
• Anything photographed over, under or through toilet partitions.
• Intimate, voyeuristic or sexually explicit imagery of any kind.
• Images taken unlawfully or against the venue's own photography restrictions.
• Personal documents, identifying information or sensitive private details.
• Images copied from other websites or sources without the necessary rights.
• Content that infringes anyone's copyright or other rights.
• Photos that deliberately misrepresent the venue.
• Unlawful, threatening, harassing or otherwise prohibited material.

4. Your responsibility, your rights and the licence you grant

• You keep ownership of photos you create.
• You are responsible for making sure every photo you upload is lawful, accurate, does not infringe anyone's copyright or other rights, and does not breach anyone's privacy. You must not upload a photo unless you are sure it meets these rules.
• This does not remove or reduce the legal responsibilities that Wise One Group Limited itself has as the operator of LOOQ score.
• You grant Wise One Group Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display and moderate your photos on LOOQ score, for as long as the photo remains on the platform.
• Before any photo is stored, our servers remove hidden location (GPS), camera and other embedded details from the file.

5. Reporting, removal and enforcement

Every published photo has a Report Photo option. Reported photos are hidden from public view while our team reviews them. Reports of a serious privacy violation or potentially illegal content hide the whole review immediately and are treated as urgent. To contact us directly, email hello@looqscore.com.

Wise One Group Limited may:

• remove or restrict any photo or review we reasonably believe is unlawful or breaks these rules;
• suspend accounts that break these rules, including repeat offenders;
• preserve a copy of reported content and related records, securely and for a limited time, where this is reasonably needed for a complaint, investigation or legal claim, or where the law requires it.
