1. About LOOQ score

LOOQ score is a platform where people share ratings and reviews of the toilet facilities at venues. By using it you agree to these terms. The legal operator of LOOQ score is Wise One Group Limited, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales on 8 October 2026 (company number 17507526), whose registered office is 48–52 Penny Lane, Mossley Hill, Liverpool, Merseyside, United Kingdom, L18 1DG:

2. Your ratings and reviews

You may rate as a guest or with an account. When you submit content you agree that:

• it reflects your own genuine experience;
• it is not knowingly false, misleading or defamatory;
• it is not abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene, illegal or spam;
• it does not invade anyone's privacy — for example, no photos in which people can be identified and no personal details of others;
• you own, or have the right to upload, any photo you submit;
• you have no conflict of interest (for example, rating your own venue or a competitor).
• it does not present false statements of fact as true, or make allegations about identifiable people or businesses that you cannot support;
• it does not harass, bully or target anyone, including venue staff;
• you do not impersonate anyone, including another user or a venue, or misrepresent who you are;
• it is not submitted to mislead others, for example fake, duplicate, paid-for or coordinated reviews.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Photos must also follow the Photo Upload Rules, and all content must follow the Community Guidelines.

3. Opinions, not certification

Ratings and reviews are the opinions of the users who submitted them. They are not statements of fact by LOOQ score, and LOOQ score does not endorse, certify or inspect any venue.

4. Venue representatives

Venues may respond to reviews only through LOOQ score's verification process. Responses must be honest, courteous and relevant, and must not disclose reviewers' personal data. We may remove a representative's access if these terms are breached.

5. Moderation

Anyone can report content. We may review, hide or remove content, or restrict access, where we reasonably believe it breaches these terms or the law. We do not check every review or photo before it is published. Reported photos are hidden while we review them, and reports of a serious privacy violation or potentially illegal content hide the whole review immediately. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, including repeat offenders, and we keep records of moderation decisions. Where reasonably needed for a complaint, investigation or legal claim, or where the law requires it, we may preserve a copy of reported content for a limited time, even if it is removed from public view or the account is deleted.

6. Venue information

Venue names, addresses, opening information and other details may come from third-party services such as Google Places. This information may be incomplete or change, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy.

7. Availability

We provide LOOQ score "as is". We aim to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.

8. Intellectual property

The LOOQ score name, logo, design and software belong to the operator of LOOQ score and may not be used without permission. You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt it (for example, resizing photos) to operate and promote LOOQ score. This licence ends when the content is removed, except where it has already been shared or we must keep it for legal reasons.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under English law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for content submitted by users or information provided by third parties. LOOQ score is a free service and is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Ending use

You can stop using LOOQ score at any time and ask us to delete your account via Privacy & data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
